This Lunch and Learn session will feature Chris Taylor, CEO of Fisher’s Technology. Taylor will discuss the five Lessons Learned Transforming a Company Culture. In 2006, Taylor and his team embarked on transforming a 70 year old stagnant business into a growth company with extremely happy employees and customers. In that timeframe they have more than sextupled the size of the company, expanded it from one to 11 locations, developed a thriving managed IT organization, and have been voted one of the best places to work for 12 years straight. In this session, Taylor will discuss the lessons they learned in their journey transforming a company culture.
