This park, operated by Crown West Realty, is located in the northeast area of Spokane Valley. It offers high bay distribution space, as well as office, retail and flex space. Major occupants include Purcell Systems, American Tire Distributors, and Southern Wine & Spirits. Crown West announced plans in June 2019 for a multi-building expansion located near the corner of Fifth Street and Euclid Avenue within the Spokane Business & Industrial Park (The Park). Aptly named Euclid Logistics Center, phase one of the project was kicked off in fall 2019 and has been fully leased. Due to the success, Crown West will commence construction of Phase II in late September 2020. Both buildings are 120,000 square foot concrete-tilt building featuring 36-foot clear heights, cross-dock capacity, 135-foot truck courts and built to LEED standards. Phase II will be ready for occupancy Spring 2021.
Located in Spokane Valley, natural language software business Next IT Corp. has moved its headquarters operations to Pinecroft. The park has a total of 350,000 square feet of office space and a number of build-to-suit sites. Built from the ground up with state-of-the-art infrastructure, the location is also home to on-site management and leasing team to respond to the needs of resident businesses.
The site’s convenient location places it in proximity to downtown Spokane, the airport and North Idaho. Simultaneously, the business park offers convenient access to the Centennial Trail and the Spokane River and their recreational opportunities.
