Northwestern Mutual has consolidated its Spokane-area operations into one location at a new office building at 12939 E. Pinecroft Way in Pinecroft Business Park. The company held a ribbon cutting ceremony Aug. 1 to celebrate its new home.

Northwestern relocated from its longtime location on Spokane’s South Hill to 20,000 square feet of office space on the second floor of a new building in Pinecroft Park. The $3.4 million building was  completed in June 2018.

In addition to the relocation, the Journal of Business has reported that Northwestern Mutual will expand operations and add 60 financial advisers, interns, and professionals in its Inland Northwest territory – 20 of which will be based in the Spokane area. The company anticipates the new space will provide additional opportunities for employee collaboration.
