Going into its third year, Crave! Food and Drink Celebration continues to generate much excitement as the premier opportunity in the Inland Northwest for attendees to taste some amazing dishes as well interact with award-winning chefs, winemakers and specialty food purveyors. The 2018 event was a huge success – don’t miss Crave 2019 scheduled July 11-13.
Crave provides nearly 60 notable chefs from the region an opportunity to showcase their creative talents using local farm fresh ingredients. The 2019 schedule includes themed evening events including the “Seafood Bash” on Thursday, “Fire and “Smoke” on Friday, and “Foods around the World” on Saturday evening. In addition, a Grand Tasting and demonstrations are scheduled Saturday afternoon. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy local and regional wines, craft beers, coffees and other beverages to round out the culinary experience at all events.
Crave is held at CenterPlace Regional Event Center at Mirabeau Point Park, Spokane Valley. The City of Spokane Valley is one of several event sponsors. Learn more about Crave events.
