Hearing Process: The meeting will open with the collection of participant information and an overview of how the hearing will progress. This will occur prior to the official opening of the hearing. The Hearing Examiner will then conduct the hearing pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted in SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorities) and Appendix B. General public comment will be received on the subdivision application.

Comments received will be entered into the record at the time of the public participation portion of the Public Hearing. Comments received through US Mail will be included only if they are received prior to the hearing.
Environmental Determination: A Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) was issued pursuant to WAC 197-340(2) on July 28, 2023, with an appeal period ending on August 11, 2023.
Staff Report and Inspection of File: A staff report will be available for inspection seven (7) calendar days before the hearing. The staff report and application file may be inspected at the Spokane Valley Permit Center Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
