REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
JANITORIAL AND EVENT SERVICES, PARKS AND TRAILS
The City of Spokane Valley (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified entities for janitorial and event services at City parks, trails, other open spaces, and specific facilities therein.
The full request for proposals, including the Special Provisions, and submittal requirements may be obtained on the City’s website at https://www.spokanevalleywa.gov/359/Public-Notices or by contacting John Bottelli at jbottelli@spokanevalleywa.gov or 509-720-5400. Proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on April 9, 2024. The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Spokane Valley in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities.
