REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
Indirect Cost Allocation Services
The City of Spokane Valley seeks proposals from firms to provide indirect cost rate preparation and update of its Cost Allocation Plan. The indirect cost calculation must conform with 2 CFR Part 200 - Uniform Admin Requirements Cost Principles & Audit Requirements. The indirect cost will be utilized for reimbursement for federal and Washington State grants. It is the intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to have the selected firm enter into an Agreement for Consultant services with the City of Spokane Valley.
The RFQ is available on the City’s website at: www.spokanevalleywa.gov/359, “Public Notices.” Deadline for submittal of Qualifications is 4:00 P.M. (local time), Friday, July 12, 2024. Submittals received after this time will not be accepted. Any firm responding to the RFQ should email one electronic copy of its proposal (preferably with all attachments in one pdf document) to the City of Spokane Valley, Attn: Gloria Mantz, 10210 E.
