The City of Spokane Valley Building Department, in partnership with Washington State University Energy Program and Spokane Regional Home Builders Association, is hosting a training opportunity on the 2021 Washington State Energy Code Residential provisions (WSEC-R) on July 17 beginning at noon at the CenterPlace Regional Event Center, 2426 N Discovery Place, Spokane Valley. Free to attend, but registration is required as seating is limited.
