Lawn Mowing Services Relating to
Spokane Valley City Hall and
Spokane Valley Precinct Building Grounds

Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington, will accept submittals for lawn mowing services for the Spokane Valley City Hall and Spokane Valley Precinct Building in response to this Request for Proposals. All responders must be located in the City of Spokane Valley and have a Washington State business license including City endorsement.
Copies of the full RFP may be obtained by contacting Deanna Horton, Spokane Valley Facilities Division, at 509-720-5301 or by email at dhorton@spokanevalleywa.gov, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Proposals must be addressed to Deanna Horton, 10210 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, Washington, 99206, and received not later than 4:00 p.m. PST, Friday, December 13, 2024. RFPs will then be evaluated on agency history and qualifications, experience, employee qualifications and experience, recommendations, proposed costs and fees.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, portions, or parts thereof. Responders may be called for interviews.
