**ADDENDUM #1**
Janitorial and Event Services, Parks and Trails

This Addendum #1 pertains to the City’s Request for Proposals (RFP) regarding Janitorial and Event Services, Parks and Trails.
Addendum #1 serves as notice that:
- Attachment F to the RFP – Special Provisions – Section 4.1 – PARK FACILITY RESERVATIONS & SPECIAL EVENTS is updated to provide additional flexibility to the contractor in delivering the services. Specifically, Section 4.1.2 is updated with the following added language (shown in underscore):
- Reserved shelters must be cleaned and prepared by the Contractor who shall arrive to begin cleaning and preparation a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the customer’s reservation time.
- Questions about the RFP may be submitted via email to jbottelli@spokanevalleywa.gov and will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Responses to questions received before the deadline will be provided not later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024 and published on the City’s website along with the full RFP at the link below.
- Any further addenda or clarifications shall only be published on the website listed below. It remains the sole responsibility of the respondent to confirm the existence of any addenda or clarification prior to submitting their proposal.
