All proposers are required to base their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) furnished in these questions; The following corrections/modifications are hereby made a part of the Request for Qualifications.

1. Question: Do the estimated direct costs for both projects encompass the costs associated in terms of the WSDOT A&E Professional Services Negotiated Hourly Rate?
   1. The WSDOT negotiated hourly rate contract includes direct cost + Overhead % + Fee %. These rates vary by consultant and negotiated scope. The estimates included in the request for qualifications are the consultant direct costs. Overhead and fee are expected in addition to this cost for the total contract amount.
2. Question: Will this contract be to provide inspectors to work alongside a Spokane Valley inspector, or to provide all inspection services?
   1. The intent of the request for qualifications is to work alongside a Spokane Valley inspector.
