• Right turns only from 4th East of Sullivan; No turns from 4th West of Sullivan; No through traffic on 4th at Sullivan.
• Traffic devices will direct traffic through work zone.

Park Rd. Sidewalk Project

• Sidewalk construction between Nora Ave. and Baldwin Ave.

• Baldwin Ave. will be closed at Park Rd.

Broadway Ave. Preservation

• Pavement preservation project that grinds and overlays Broadway Ave from Fancher Rd. to Thierman Rd.
• Anticipated construction dates: June 19^th – July 2023 
• One lane in each direction will be provided on Broadway for the duration of the project. 
• Traffic devices will direct traffic through work zone.
• Access to businesses are open.

8^th Ave Improvement

• Repaving, Stormwater, sidewalk upgrades between Carnahan and Park Rd
• New Sidewalk on north side of 8th between Thierman and Park

• 8^th Ave closed between Thierman and Park 
• Intermittent Flagging on 8^th Ave between Carnahan and Thierman

Private Construction Work

Buttercup St Closure at 16th
Waterline replacement & road improvements

• Upcoming road closures are scheduled as follows:
• Monday, June 26 – S Buttercup Street will be closed to thru traffic. The closure is scheduled to last Approximately 3 weeks.
• Thursday June 29 – E 16^th Ave will be reduced to one lane traffic with flaggers,          S Buttercup will remain closed.
• During the road closure and flagging, residents will be allowed to access their homes from Wardson Ave, and come and go as needed by using alternate routes around the active work zone waterline installation progresses.
