Painted Hills Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS)

The City of Spokane Valley (City) released the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Painted Hills Planned Residential Development (PRD) project on June 5, 2023. The FEIS is available for review. 

The City provided the Notice of Availability to agencies with jurisdiction and interested parties by email on June 5, 2023 as required by WAC 197-11-460. The development of the FEIS was informed by the comments received from the agencies and the public through the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) review process.  

Hard copies are available for review in person at Spokane Valley City Hall, 10210 E Sprague Avenue in Spokane Valley. Copies may be purchased for the cost of reproduction.
