The City of Spokane Valley has a population of more than 110,000. Data shows that 50.32 percent of the population is male and 49.67 is female. Population growth has escalated in recent years. The valley has gained more than 10,000 residents since 2019.
The Spokane-Spokane Valley Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) has a population of about 600,000. The City is also a border community to northern Idaho, including Coeur d'Alene. The Coeur d'Alene Metro area as of 2023 is over 185,000, bringing the total combined population in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene Corridor to more than 785,000 people.
Spokane Valley hosts 45,000 households with a median yearly income of $74,787. The city is home to a labor force of more than 60,000.
